Therefore, we’re offering 5 charities the chance to win a £100 cash donation which will be paid before Christmas.
All you have to do is enter our free prize draw by following a few simple steps.
It’s easy to enter our free prize draw. Simply complete the contact form below with the following information by 5pm on Thursday 30th November 2023 and you’ll be entered into the draw.

- The charity’s name and address
- Organisation’s website address (if applicable)
- Contact telephone number
- In 30 words or less, let us know why your charity deserves to be a winner.
Don’t forget. Entries must be submitted by 5pm on Thursday 30th November 2023. The 5 winners will be selected by 5pm Monday 4th December 2023 and arrangements will be made for the charities to receive their £100 prize money before Christmas!

1, The free entry prize draw is open to UK charities (registered and unregistered). No purchase is necessary.
2. The person entering the free prize draw must be 18 or over. Employees of Pollensa Insurance Services Ltd are not eligible to enter the draw.
3. To enter the free entry prize draw you must submit by email your name, name of the organisation you wish to enter into draw and, in less than 30 words, why you think your entry deserves to win.
4. Only one entry per person/organisation.
5. Entries must be submitted using the Contact us form below no later than 5pm Thursday 30th November 2023.
6. The prize is 5 x £100 donation to the five chosen charities. No alternative will be offered in lieu.
7. The information provided will be stored on file for communications purposes.
8. The 5 winners will be selected by 5pm Monday 4th December 2023 and notified by phone or email by 5pm Wednesday 6th December 2023. The prize money will be paid by paid into the winning organisations’ bank account by Friday 15th December 2023.
9. Winners will be required to take part in publicity relating to the free prize draw.
10. Details of the prize winners’ names can be obtained via the website www.pollensa-insurance.co.uk.
